HireRussians.com is a brand by Sibers. This site demonstrates the scope of our abilities and our strong points which set us apart from other software developers. The expertise of our people and our skills in completing projects on time and within budget are combined with the understanding of our customers’ needs being a result of collaboration with organizations world wide.The history of our company dates back from 1992, when a group of creative individuals began working and learning together. In 1996 that work and research became the nucleus of what today is recognized as Sibers. Since then we worked exclusively as a development division with 3Com Corporation. That was an invaluable learning experience. Meanwhile we developed our strengths – communication, responsiveness and the understandings that define us today. Since 2001 we’ve been doubling our personnel in response to our growing areas of interest each year. We’ve been polishing the processes and continuing to grow as an off-shore development center.
