Learn Russian. Unit 1.

July 12, 2006

Here we begin a number of posts for y’all to learn some Russian to make communication easier. Really, if we all speak English, why wouldn’t you learn some basic phrases in Russian to use them in our everyday chats?

Let’s start with Greetings. A usual way to greet someone in Russian is just to say Привет! [preev'et]. Lately, it’s become very popular to say Превед! [prev'ed] instead of Привет!
